I hope you've all have had a lovely month of February! Can you believe it's almost March? Time in genuinely FLYING and I don't know how I feel about it. I'm working hard within my part time job, internship, school and having a social life but all of those things just seem to make the days go by even faster. Midterms are coming up at school, inventory is this weekend at work, and I'm learning more from my internship during this season than ever. All of these things added up together result in a crazy demanding schedule, and a girl who sometimes feels like it's all too much. I feel blessed to say the days where "it's all too much" are fewer than the days when I'm actually enjoying myself and feel like my life currently is all a work in progress to becoming wiser and building a future within something I love.
Some of you who see me every day may have seen me rocking my Always More hat or this Always More shirt. I thought I would put together a post to explain this mantra that holds a special place in my heart, as well as a new journey. I first heard of this mantra used by Audrey Roloff who uses Always More as a way to inspire, motivate, and encourage others that there is Always More within them through Christ. Always More stems from Ephesians 3:20, "Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than we could ever ask or imagine..."
I have been attending a local church with my boyfriend and I'm absolutely loving it. My entire life and even still today I have struggled feeling comfortable talking about religion because I am ignorant in this area. I am just beginning this journey into understanding something I've wanted to know about my entire life. My mind has already opened in so many ways that I'm so grateful for. I'm so excited to continue to learn about God, Jesus and the word of the Bible. Something I find so valuable is that there is never an end to learning lessons God had intended for us or lessons from the Bible. There will always be an opportunity God has planned to nourish our minds. There is Always More to be learn! Which is something I think we can all apply to life. Life teaches us lessons everyday. I love that I'm learning even more through attending church.
I love the positivity that stems from the Always More message. On my hardest days I love wearing my shirt or hat as a little reminder that I am enough, I can put in that extra hour in the studio, I can study a little harder, I can give more of my heart, I can do Always More of anything I put my mind to.
Thank you for reading and I hope this Always More mantra and my story inspired a few of you readers!
